I tried to use smartmontools natively built from tar on a QNAP TS-419PII. Hi all For years, I've been spammed with "program smartctl is using a deprecated SCSI ioctl, please convert it to SG_IO" in the kernel log. This happens on several machines with varying versions of primarily Debian, but also others.
