Attributes 241/242 are in gigs, not in megabytes (according to devstat).

In the net they mentioned as Toshiba SSD (TS064E and TS128E). Also it seems that apple later recalled at least some of this modles: ​http://www.thessdreview.com/daily-news/latest-buzz/apple-recalls-mid-2012-macbook-air-ssd-replacement-64gb-128gb-ssd-systems-affected/

fixed in r4222, only few attributes guessed, please reopen if you will find more information about other attributes.
