Description
This in an M.2 2242 SSD with a SM2259XT controller and was sold mounted to a half-slim SATA SSD adapter. Label on the SSD itself is "NGFF SSD B25-64GB"
Unfortunately, the "Device Model" is very generic.
Please find attached the output of smartctl -x /dev/sdX
