Description

This is an M.2 2280 SATA Drive, exact model is a bit hard to tell.
PN is: 8Y.5CFS2.BT4B3BB
There is also a DP/N: 0947CN
The controller is an "Apacer SCJC73"
This seems to be a relatively high quality SSD with DRAM (Nanya NT5CC64M16GP-DI)
unfortunately, the "Device Model" is very generic.
Please find attached the output of smartctl -x /dev/sdX

The firmware version SFDM1B4D of this 64GB SATA Flash Drive matches the Syntax used by various Apacer SSDs. All existing Apacer ... entries lack attribute 238 which only appears in SK hynix SATA SSD and Samsung based SSDs.
