It's on a ThinkSystem, came with the box, so probably Lenovo rebranded. From the original invoice:

This looks interesting: No
TOSHIBAprefix but some unusual suffix which is right aligned to the 40 char field.Is this device possibly an OEM version or behind some special controller which modifies its identify string?
