This is a rare example of a drive which uses the Zoned Device capability bits. These were specified in ATA ACS-4 and later obsoleted in ACS-5.

The Device managed zones info makes sense as this an SMR drive. Unlike some other SMR drives, this drive does not advertise TRIM support.
