Description

Drive used is registered, with device model of HGST HTS545050A7E680 or Hitachi/HGST Travelstar Z5K500. T100TA is a 2-in-1 laptop with dockable HDD, running presumably on USB 3.

Yes, it is able to output the attached smartctl log after adding -d sat as an argument.
