NVMe is supported since smartmontools 6.5. No feedback from reporter.

Smartmontools supports NVMe drives since release 6.5 (2016), see ticket #657 and the related wiki page. Please be more specific and provide sample smartctl outputs (as plain text attachments) which show the problem.
Note that there are no drive database entries for NVMe (and SAS) drives, see the FAQ.
