Updated ID for recent JMS583 firmwares

Description

Recent firmwares if JMS583 use new ID 0xa583

To support these more recent firmware versions, please change drivedb.h from

"0x152d:0x0583"

to

"0x152d:0x[0a]583"

Sure, please find attached the output of the current smartctl version and the patched version.
