Description
Here's the information for a drive that is not present in the database. This is a 400GB Intel S3700 sold under the HP Enterprise brand and shipping with a custom HP firmware. The datasheet for the Intel drive is here and it appears in HPE's part list under the MK0400GCTZA model number (note that it appears several times, it's because it's sold in different versions: as a single drive, in a 2.5" caddy, in a 3.5" caddy, etc...).
I'll check if there's a proprietary tool to read the SMART information from this drive.

Attribute set is very small and is not a subset of original S3700 which do not provide attributes 173, 180, 196. An entry could only be added if info about these attributes is available.

I've tried to gather more information about this drive but it seems that the only tool capable of reading its custom entries is HP Insight Control's software which is closed-source, commercial and has also been retired.
