The AsMedia 1062R is PCIe to 2xSATA RAID Controller. The non 'R model AsMedia 1062 is a regular PCIe to 2xSATA controller.

Which SSD device(s) was/were behind this controller when the above sample output was produced?
Was RAID mode enabled?
SMART access to individual drives behind a RAID controller would require a specification of vendor specific ATA pass-through commands. This is unrelated to drivedb.

From which SSD device is the sample output?
AFAICS, the ASMedia 1062R is not a SATA SSD controller. It is a PCIe to 2xSATA controller.
