Here is a patch to add these devices to the DB
(patch is against 6.5 but they don't appear to be supported in SVN yet).

The patch does no longer apply to current trunk without conflicts. For future contributions, please make sure to update the drive database first.
The USB part of the patch is no longer needed. USB Vendor ID 0x0bc2 now defaults to -d sat, see r4685, r4692.
The detection of trailing ...14 is already present (r4701, r4719, #975) but ...|6040|... is still missing. Please provide a smartctl -x output of the HGST HDN726040ALE614 mentioned in the patch.
