Back in r3985, support for an Apacer SDM5-series SSD module was added to the drivedb by extending the entry for Apacer SDM4-series SSD modules. Unfortunately, these two series of drives do not report the same SMART attributes, and merging their DB entries together causes reporting issues in smartctl. This patch performs the following:

Looking at drivedb.h, it seems like the model is a bit off, SSDSC2KW512G8 versus SSDSCKKW512G8X1 I believe https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/memory-storage/solid-state-drives/consumer-ssds/545s-series/545s-512gb-2-5inch-6gbps-16nm.html is a link to the model spec sheet, and going by intel's warranty info they label it as "Intel® SSD 545s Series (512GB, 2.5in SATA 6Gb/s, 3D2, TLC) Retail Box Single Pack" smartctl 6.6 2016-05-31 r4324 [x86_64-linux-4.15.18-12-pve] (local build)
