| #1450 | duplicate | Not in smartctl database: WDC WDS400T1R0A_68A4W0 (WD Red SA500 SSD 4 Tb) | ||
| Description |
Could you add this drive to the smartmontools drivedb ? It's the WD Red SA500 SSD 4 Tb SATA NAS (WDS400T1R0A_68A4W0). Other capacity already existing in drivedb (ticket #1321 ) I think, minor change are required in the drivedb.h to add this drive: Actual line: "WDC ?WDS((120|240|250|480|500)G|[12]00T)(1B|2B|1G|2G|1R)0[AB](-.*)?", New line: "WDC ?WDS((120|240|250|480|500)G|[124]00T)(1B|2B|1G|2G|1R)0[AB](-.*)?", Kind regards |

| #1447 | invalid | Unknown USB bridge [0x1058:0x264d (0x3012)] | ||
| Description |
I have a WD easystore 264D 8TB (presumably 264D is some sort of model number) that is not recognized by smartd directly: /dev/sde: Unknown USB bridge [0x1058:0x264d (0x3012)] Please specify device type with the -d option. Using -d sat works. |
